Brian, Dave, and the team did a fantastic job finishing our entire basement. They were recommended to us by a friend who had them gut a good portion of their home and kitchen. We made our basement into three rooms, added HVAC and windows, refinished some rough stairs, and more. They were so easy to communicate with (hard to find with contractors!!), reasonably priced, and did careful and high quality work. We will definily hire them again if we have any other projects.

Brian, Dave, and the entire team were A+ all the way. I've never been more pleased with a contractor. DLM finished our basement and handled everything: framing, insulation, floor installation, plastering, painting, windows, and electrical and plumbing. Their communication is flexible, fast, and clear. Easy to reach, no ego to work around, and very responsive. The entire team was knowledgeable and skilled.If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Dave and his team did a great job completing our deck rebuild and adding a screened in porch! His quote was reasonable and he was very transparent with the process and his cost - there was no showboating like other places that we had reached out to. Brian took the lead on our project and did a fantastic job! The communication was great and they kept us up to date on all of the work being done. This was our first big home renovation project so we had a lot of questions. Brian took the time to answer all of our questions and didn't just dismiss them. They really worked to make sure that our vision was executed. The screened in porch is even better than we imagined and cannot wait to use it! Highly recommend Dave and his team for any deck/screened in porch work.

We recently hired DLM Remodeling (November, 2024) to replace our windows and storm doors in our 100+ year old house. DLM Remodeling offered a wide array of options for both replacement and new construction window options for both basic windows and even some very specific small windows as well.We opted for replacement windows on nearly all of the windows in our home and we couldn't be more happy with the end result. The windows DLM installed are simply gorgeous and have breathed new life into our home. We installed double hung windows, double casement and awning style windows throughout. They even came in a variety of options to match existing hardware through the home. The windows (Harvey) fold out for easy cleaning and are super efficient for retaining heat in the cold New England winters.Additionally, DLM Remodeling has been the best group of contractors that I've hired to do work in our home. They are a professional, timely, and efficient team that exhibit excellent communication skills and provide accurate time frames of when windows will be delivered and installed at a reasonable cost. It took just two days to replace almost every window and storm door in my home (twenty eight windows and there storm doors). I 10/10 recommend them for any window or door repair. Make your life easier and hire them.

Dave and his team did a great job for us building a composite deck. From the first interaction, Dave's communication was great. The proposal was detailed and the price was reasonable. They helped us through the permit process and the project was completed quickly, professionally and we are so happy with the final product. I would recommend DLM to anyone looking for contractors for their next project!

David responded quickly to my request to have a quote on window replacement around my house. He gave me various options to choose with good suggestions. On the installation day, he and his crew showed up on time. They even fixed one of the rotten window frames for me. I couldn't be more happier with the results.

We had our house vinyl sided with Cedar Impressions. The house looks great, service was great! Would recommend DLM Remodeling to anyone looking to have work done! Job was done in a couple of days, very impressed with everyone who was involved! They even made a special trip back to hook up outdoor lights as the ones I purchased didn't work when installed. The clean up after project was one of the best I have ever seen! Price was very fair and communication was top notch!

We have used DLM for four different jobs - replacing our roof, replacing our siding, replacing some windows, and more significantly, remodeling our kitchen. The kitchen was a total gut-job down to the studs. We closed up a window and moved the plumbing. Dave and his crew were absolutely top shelf. I can't think of a single negative thing to say. They showed up as promised - every day - and didn't disappear to other jobs. They finished on schedule and without cost over-runs. Dave's estimates are fair. He doesn't low-ball it in order to get your job. He gives a very fair and very reasonable price that he sticks to. I'm sure if there was some unexpected major work that expanded the scope of the job, there would have to be an adjustment - but my point is, you can trust Dave and his people. In fact, on one job, there was some work that he expected to have to do that, it turned out, didn't need to be done - so he reduced our final payment from the agreed amount. That's how trustworthy Dave and his team are. And their sub-contractors are flawless, too.We had used a different contractor to re-do our two bathrooms and related work. The end result was a 4-star job, and their reliability was 3-star. So, we sought out a different contractor when it came time to do our kitchen. As far as I'm concerned, we found the best in the area. We enthusiastically recommend DLM.

We were in desperate need of new windows so I called DLM remodeling. Great experience from start to finish. I received a very quick response from Steve and he was at my house within a couple of days to go over options and pricing. Their prices were much better than other companies and I was very happy with how the work went. Steve and his team installed 17 windows in one day and you'd never know they had been in the house (and this is saying something since it had snowed the night before). They took the time to cover all the floors and clean-up each room after they finished installing the windows. I highly recommend DLM remodeling.

I had 3 estimates from 3 different contractors to have 4 windows replaced. DLM provided not only the best price but I found them to be the most professional and honest. They didn't try to sell me more than what I needed or was looking for nor did they try any of the scare tactics that the other 2 contractors tried to pull. They told me 6 weeks from ordering the windows to installing and 6 weeks it was. They were in and out within a couple of hours - did a great job - removed all the old debris. Overall, I was very satisified and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I could not be more pleased with the experience and service I received from DLM Remodeling. I had all the windows of my house replaced by Dave and his crew. From start to finish the process went smooth and easy. The final result makes me wish I had it done years ago. I would definitely recommend and use DLM for any future projects.
